We try to limit school fundraising to just one fundraiser a year. The funds raised will provide bussing for field trips, teacher appreciation, monthly supportive activities, and other PTA sponsored events. This year our PTA has organized a Fun Run! All students will benefit from the funds raised. Participation is voluntary.

Money Collection (Sept 12, 19, and 26)
We are suggesting a least a $20 donation per child to reach our school wide goal of $7,000!
Students can ask family and friends for donations. At 9:00 am on September 12, 19, and 26, students will turn in their donation envelopes with cash or check to their teacher.
Donations can be made in cash or check (payable to Taylor Elementary PTA) or pay online at jataylorpta.givebacks.com (select the open donation option). Make sure to include your student's name for class prizes.
FUN RUN
On Friday, September 26, we will hold our Fun Run with an indoor obstacle course and outdoor track running. The students will wear "race bibs" to track how many laps are completed.
9:05-9:35 am - 5th and 6th Grade
9:45-10:15 am - 3rd and 4th Grades
10:25 - 10:55 am - 1st and 2nd Grades
11:05-11:35 am - Kindergarten
Parents are welcome to come and cheer on our runners. Just make sure to check in at the main office first!
Prizes!
Each Friday, volunteers will collect the money that is donated and will calculate how much was donated per class. A bulletin board will show the progress of each class. The total donation amount, class totals, and the top male and female runners from each grade level will be announced at the end of the day on Friday, September 26. Prizes will be distributed to classes based on how much money was donated as a class.
